Carol Lord Openhym, CPA, President of Allegro Automation, Inc., has been working with ACCPAC Plus accounting software since 1984. She became an ACCPAC Qualified Installer in 1986 and has been providing implementation and training for clients in various businesses since that time. Carol co-authored the article Creating the Statement of Cash Flows, published in the Computer Associates News Quarterly, Winter 1989. She scored 96% on Computer Associates' ACCPAC Plus Certified Consultant exam in 1994 and was honored with the distinction of the US ACCPAC Accounting Certified Consultant of the Year award in 1995. Allegro Automation was recognized as Softrak's 1999 Global Business Partner of the Year.

Carol has extensive experience in ACCPAC specification design and report writing. Utilities developed by her include Plus to 2000, which uses Softrak’s Quik Reports for DOS to extract and convert multiple years of ACCPAC Plus General Ledger data and import it into one ACCPAC for Windows GL database.

Heavner Computer Consulting

An ACCPAC Qualified Installer since 1983, Donna A. Heavner also supports a wide variety of accounting software such as Adagio, Black Baud, Peachtree and QuickBooks. With seventeen years of experience in public accounting, Donna has worked in many industries, including education, mental health and construction. She specializes in non-profits, report-writing and technology-related services.

Donna has extensive experience with ACCPAC Advantage "environment" issues, including installation of ACCPAC on Citrix Server and Red Hat Linux, and is a certified Pervasive Professional.
