For the benefit of our payroll clients, we offer a year-end payroll service which includes backing up your data files for permanent record, installing you tax updater, assist you in understanding any changes that may be necessary to prepare your data for the new year, assist with preparation of magnetic media for Federal and Maryland W2s, printing of paper W2s.
Support Programs Available: Priority Telephone Support - For a nominal annual charge, we will provide you with unlimited priority telephone support on your Adagio and /or ACCPAC Plus software. We also include one in-house data repair in this price. Discounted Prepayment Plan - We offer discounted on-site software support rates for those who choose to prepay for their support. This is available in blocks of time including 10 hours, 25 hours, 50 hours or 100 hours. Please call our office for more information on these plans.
